Human Resources Generalist
?
Provides leadership and influence in planning and implementing various aspects of Human Resources strategy consistent with identified business philosophy and established organizational goals. Focus on implementing and maintaining sound employee engagement practices within applicable legal and corporate guidelines.

? Models the key HR competencies of business partnership and impact, talent management and engagement as well as organizational development on a daily basis.
? Represents Human Resources on key HR processes such as talent acquisition and management, performance management, employee engagement and positive employee relations.
? Creates positive change through coaching and influencing skills.
? Develops and implements Human Resources initiatives, policies and activities as needed.
? Provides direction/interpretation of Company policies and procedures.
? Facilitates the process between employees and supervisors to discuss and resolve performance and conduct issues or problems. Ensures that the Company procedures and policies are consistently applied.
? Ensure, within scope of responsibility, that policies and practices conform to applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
? Facilitates the investigation and disposition of employee complaints via internal and external processes.
? Communicates the progress of key issues and initiatives to the HR Manager and site leadership.
? Serves as liaison for safety issues related to the site.

  • ? Prepare routine Company notices, correspondence, reporting and related documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline and five to seven (5 ? 7) years experience in human resources or people leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
