HelloI was having trouble losing weight and sticking with a diet plan until last month. I started drinking Slimfast for breakfast one for lunch with a small salad and then a bigger salad with some protien for dinner. I workout on the tread mill 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. I do not eat anything else but the slimfast and salad with fat free dressing. I put whatever kind of veggies I want in my dinner salad and sometimes some croutons but just a few and some tuna or chicken for protien. I have lost 10 pounds since July 20.

On my days off I put a half a banana in my breakfast shake and use a blender with some crushed ice. Makes a yummy shake and holds me till lunch. I do sometimes get hungry but the fast weight loss has kept me motivated and Iove getting on my scale everyday and seeing another half pound down. Its working for me but you have to find something that works for you. I feel like I can stick to this for the long haul. I would like to lose another 40 pounds. I dont miss all the other foods I am not eating and that is unusual for me.

But I really dont miss it. I look forward to my dinner salad and try to make it different with different dressings and even a little trail mix sometimesthe dried fruit and nut kind. Makes it like dessert food. It is all worth it when I see those numbers going down. Good luck and dont let anyone pressure you or guilt you into eating anything you dont want to.
