Summary: Analyzes and reports the effectiveness of various marketing efforts through various marketing channels including Direct Marketing, Web Marketing, etc. Identifies opportunities and make recommendations to enhance these efforts. Will also involve ongoing communication with clients in order to align measurable business objectives with various marketing efforts. Define reports, track progress and trends, provides recommendations, and effectively communicates to clients and other team members and supervisors.

Job Responsibilities: Determines how DM and Web analytics can inform the evolution of the Web site experience and Direct Marketing to allow the organization to capitalize on better interactions with its current and potential customers. Develops strategies for incorporating and aligning existing CRM, direct marketing, etc. activities into the evolving online experience. Derives trends from analytics data to further define/revise these strategies. Provides individual service line statistical reporting and executive reporting. Creates competitive intelligence reports based on source data such as Hitwise Develops ROI reports for all service areas, including working with support departments such as Finance to quantify dollar returns. Manages analytics tracking and produces reporting associated with advertising campaigns, organic SEO efforts, paid search, combined Web/800# campaigns, etc. Set up, maintenance and installation (when required) of analytic program(s). Updates existing analytics software as necessary. Identifies analytics program technical issues and manages resolution. Determines necessary reporting data to drive / improve customer experience with marketing media. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of financial/quantitative analytics experience with proven analytics success. Strong demonstrable experience in being able to tie and communicate measurable ROI marketing activities using sophisticated analytics tools and developing presentations. Experience with implementation, setup, maintenance and analysis of sophisticated CRM and popular Web analytic programs such as Webtrends, Google Analytics, Clicktracks etc required. Strong background in quantitative and ROI analysis with demonstrable success and outstanding client communication and presentation skills. HTML and JavaScript knowledge strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying 5 to 15 pounds.
