If you have an old, huge entertainment center in your house, you can't really mount a flat screen TV inside because it's too deep. This mod will let you mount it to the top of the case for easy viewing.
Of course, you could always stand the TV up inside the case, but if that's a bit too low for eye level, or you have devices you want to put under it, you're out of luck. Instructables user thecapt made a quick trip to the hardware store and modded his TV mount so it fit on the top of the entertainment center. Not only is it at the correct level, but you can slide it in and out to close the case as well. Hit the link to see the full how-to.
